This pattern uses US crochet stitches, you will need to know some basics including:
•chain stitch
•slip stitch
•single crochet
 
Materials you will need include:
•2x cotton macrame yarn (100m length, 3mm) - or something similar in size.
•10mm crochet hook.
•Stitch markers (at least 6)
•Scissors
